The transaction will be considered complete only after a written electronic confirmation is sent by the Company. It is noted that the Company may withdraw and not fulfill an order, without cause, in which case any price already collected will be refunded.

7. Inquiry

The customer can register their interest with the company via e-mail, by filling in their details in the corresponding order form. Subsequently, the customer receives confirmation of their order via e-mail. The company bears no responsibility for any incorrect e-mail transmission nor for any error in the provision of the **service** which is due to the incorrect completion of the order form by the customer.
Cancellation

Cancellation of orders can be made via e-mail. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation is free of charge according to the specific service’s cancellation policy. The customer can cancel their order at any time, unless the invoice/receipt has already been issued. In this case, and if the customer no longer wants the services they have ordered, they must inform the Company immediately. The refund policy will apply according to the terms stated during the booking/order. After confirmation of the cancellation and provided that the cancellation terms are met, any amount paid will be refunded within one month.

Availability of Services

Our offers on services and prices are valid as long as they appear on the website and subject to availability. For more information, please contact our company by phone or e-mail. The non-availability of a service is also indicated on our website. Thus, depending on the services, there are indications of their availability. When the company is unable to provide a service (e.g., due to lack of availability, force majeure), it informs the customer of the anticipated situation via e-mail. The customer then has the option to cancel their order or choose an alternative service that our company will propose based on the new information. In any case, no charge will be imposed for such order cancellation.

Right to Provide Service

The company reserves the right to refuse provision of the service until the full payment of the agreed price by the customer. However, from the commencement of the service, the customer is responsible for complying with any safety instructions and participation terms.

Should any of the above terms become contrary to applicable law, it shall automatically cease to be valid, without in any way affecting the validity of the remaining terms. If any part of a contract concluded through the Website proves to be invalid or unenforceable by a court decision, the remainder of the contract shall continue in force. The above terms constitute the entire agreement with the Company, which reserves the right to modify, renew, or delete all terms herein without any prior notice. The modification or renewal will take effect from the moment this text is updated regarding any change.

Our website is intended for an adult audience. We do not collect personally identifiable information from anyone we know to be under 18 years of age without the prior verifiable consent of their legal representative.

12. Dispute Resolution

The Courts of the city of Athens are exclusively competent for any dispute related to this website.
